It's called a 'mind meltdown'...to do the simplest version, just alternate hands behind and in front of you keeping one behind and one in front at all times...the path is that of regular and BTB weaves, just one handed. The full one you see at the beginning encompasses the forward and reverse versions strung together. There are also a few in there with pirouettes thrown in where I do the full 360 spin. Mind meltdowns rock...one of my favorites...they look sweet when done well with planes right and all.
