ive herd its a good idea to learn the 5 beat shortly after the 3 beat, i waited a while and the 5 beat took me quite a while cause you have to break the habit of the 3 beat or you will tangle your strings every time, also i recommend learning all the moves you know now in reverse as well, it will help you with your transitions... I'm still learning myself, so I'm basically letting you know whats helped me learn faster while its fresh in my head, but im sure everyone has their own techniques
Here's a list I sent to someone else in a PM....it might help you in a gradual progression...keep in mind everyone learns differently and this is not a definitive guideline, but a general list of progressive difficulty (based on my experience, only). In the end, learn what you want to learn in the best way you can learn.....good luck!
2 beat weave forward (regular timing....like a jump rope crossed then back)
2 beat weave forward split timing
butterfly forward
3 beat weave forward
windmill forward
corkscrew forward with short strings....figure 8 hand motions
buzzsaw forward
2 beat weave reverse (regular timing)
2 beat weave reverse (split timing)
3 beat weave reverse
buzzsaw reverse
reverse butterfly
fountains (3 beat forward/reverse weaves + windmill concepts)
butterfly variations....TTN and BTH (behind the head.....alternating from in front and behind your head) in forward and reverse
mexican wave (same thing, but one hand in front, one hand in back....alternating)
butterfly with take-outs...take one hand out and put it over a shoulder (same or opposite) or behind your back
split time butterfly forward/reverse
butterfly crosser
BTB 2 beat weave (reverse)
BTB 3 beat weave (reverse)

that move that you didn't know was the butterfly. And the way i learned how to do the 3 beat weave was i held one arm parallel to the ground at a 90 degree angle and just practiced swinging the glowstick over it and keep it spinning. do that with both hands and then try it with 2 pairs of glowsticks. (when you cross one spin it and cross the other hand on top of that one and so on just try and keep them spinning.) you'll get it, it felt very awkward to me to but now it feels like the most natural move with strings. just stick at it.
and now the orbital. when your doing the thumb splitting orbital i noticed you weren't throwing it into much of a circular motion. throw it nice a hard and pull on the strings and you should get it. just practice it will all become simple soon enough
you got a lot tricks down man thats hella sick, but you need to get a weave (3 beat weave is first I learned) down : | if ya go in to the tutorial section they got lots of helper vids.

oooh, yeah I have been practicing my arm wraps while spinning with my other arm. Sometimes I lose my focus and wack myself in the knuckles or sometimes I stop spinning with one of the other hands
