and i really just got into techno so im
using this as a way to get to know the scene

figure out who makes good music and who's just fakin it
for a check


so im open to suggestions

when it comes to "who makes good music" that's all based on preference... Techno isnt all the same after all... theres hardcore, happy hardcore, trance, hard trance, dum and bass and tons more!!! it all depends on what sounds the best to you!!!

I'm sarah. as nick said - the good music is all down to preference. we have some great djs here on the site - chek out the stuff they've posted. and if you find a particular dj that you like anywhere, let us know and we'll help you find other stuff in a similar vein. HI I'm Tracey or Star or whatever =P WELCOME!- Me personally I ♥ DNB and HHC and HC and ACID, and umm psytrance is like LVOE to my ears =) if you can mix em in a 90min CD then its true LVOE- its hard to do, but if you've got talent you can do n e thing.. HEHE sorry im REALLY missing my speakers/headphones right now =( MISS MY MUSIC!

Welcome to the site...techno is great...like people have already stated, it's not really one type of music, but MANY....trance, drum & bass, house, techno, electro, etc etc....there are like 50 genres of techno....so I'm sure you'll find something you enjoy! This site has awesome DJ's so check out the music downloads section. I hope you utilize the forums cause that's where you meet the awesome people here! Enjoy the site!!

there's alot of different types of music. there's like more then 10 subgenres of dance. my favorite is progressive trance but there's a lot! i would say check on websites for good artists.
