[Audio Ecstasy]

My name is Dan, but all of yall can call me Chiclett
I am a North Mid-West raver / dancer. I reside in Southern Minnesota, and I love everything about raving. Ever since my introduction into the rave scene a year and a half ago, my life has completely turned around. I am happier, healthier, smarter, and all around just a plain better person now.
The Rave Culture is kind of like a religion, yeah? We go to these events, dance our asses off and watch the spectacular light shows, listen to the greatest (not to mention usually local & underground) music that not many people will be able to experience. And when its all said and done, we leave with an extreme sense of enlightenment (atleast I know I do).
My music tastes consist of Dance / Trance / House / Progressive. EDM, DnB, Jungle is allright, just not my preferred. I am a huge fan of Above & Beyond (and all their alias'), Armin van Buuren, ATB, Kaskade, anything Anjunabeats, and the list goes on and on. Typically, I like to throw my own little 'mini discos' (thats my term for a personal rave), and I like to mix my own music a little bit using Acid PRO.
When it comes to glow sticks and glow dancing, I am a jack of all trades. I stick mainly to dual nunchaka, but I also do regular Poi, LED Finger Lights, 15' dual glow sticks, you name it I atleast try it (and multiple times at that). I do have some home made inventions & ideas for light shows, but I will share that at a later date. My favorite style of all though is a basic one glowstick in each hand approach. When I do this, I like to mix it in with a breakdance / breakbeat style (to progressive trance of all things lol) to make my shows truly unique. Doing flips, waving my hands around in a stylish manner, a lot like Poi style without the strings. Some people say it looks like a seizure sometimes, but an organized seizure that is easy on the eyes Its hard for me to explain properly, but if you ever get to see it you will understand what I mean.
And that is me. I could keep going, but I have a horrible habit of not stopping. I look forward to being an active member of this community

yeah you aint lying tho man...unfortunately some aspects of the raving community can also bring your life to a crashing rock bottom if you let it. i guess that all depends on wut kinda people are in your local raving community LOL neways i kno my favorite place in the world is in the club with some fresh sticks and good dj on set and i truly leave enlightened! glad to have ya on board audio hope to see some vids or somethin from ya soon (chea ive seen the nunchaka done before, never really seen how far you could take the possibilities tho)
