Hello everybody i'm a 20 year old college student and i just recently got into raving. I have always enjoyed electronic music but i was always too self conscious to try and dance or rave, but not anymore. As far as what i like to rave to, i like stuff with more of a hard groove to it. My favorite bands to rave to would be: The Klaxons, Justice, Daft Punk, Digitalism, Simian Mobile Disco, !!! (chk chk chk), LCD Soundsystem, and Shy Child. I'm looking to expand my tastes in dance music and start to learn how to rave better. LED fingerlights on gloves look like they would be really fun. Are they difficult?

Welcome to GenxGlow! We've got a ton of music here for you to expand your taste =). You can check out our freehanding section for advice about using LED Fingerlights, personally I don't own a pair but they're wicked fun to play with! They're not too hard to use, you just gotta make it all flow! =)

welcome to gxg. I'm sarah. alas, I am also unfamiliar with the ways of the fingerlights. But I wonder if you check out the freehand section if you might find some help there. Also, I am a fan of daft punk, so yay for that! Maybe check out Adam Freeland - I really dig his Tectonics album.
