I have Paul Van Dyk - Cream Ibiza , that set is amazing, especially CD2
Also Armin Van Buuren - Live at the Gallery (Ministry of Sound)

Both those sets are extremely good.

Could anyone recommend any similar sets comparable in quality to those?

I know this is old, but my favorite set by PvD (even though his mixing tempos were a little suspect) was the BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix live from Home in Leicester Square 23 April 2000

My fav from Paul Van Dyk is his cd called "The Politics of Dancing 2" from 2005. Some other excellent trance cds are Tiesto's "Nyana" cd and "In Search of Sunrise 4 & 5". My fav Armin Van Buuren cd is"Live @ Trance Energy 2006".
