Starscape 2008
The legendary Starscape Festival returns for its 10th year, to bring you a day and night of music and entertainment under the stars, culminating in the sunrise over the Chesapeake Bay. This year's event has five areas of music: The Main Stage features live bands, a crushing sound system, and top-notch visual production. The Buzz Area will be under a 10,000 sq ft tent, focuses on electronic dance music and features an audiovisual assault on the senses. The Steez Promo Drum n Bass area takes place under a 6,000 sq ft tent, and features the worlds best drum n bass talent and a bass heavy sound system sure to make your insides shake. There will be two beach stages this year; one stage will focus on live music and feature national, regional, and local jamtronica and reggae bands, the other stage will be hosted by Sonic Soul, Essential Breaks, and The Remix Renegades and will feature a wide array of dance music from a number of regional and local artists. The festival will also feature a 40 ft live graffiti wall, a full art gallery featuring local and regional artists, and vendors from around the mid-Atlantic region.

  • COOLERS
  • TENTS
  • ANYTHING THAT CAN BE CONSIDERED A WEAPON
  • LARGE PROFESSIONAL VIDEO OR AUDIO GEAR
  • A BAD ATTITUDE

  • BACKPACKS WITH PERSONAL ITEMS OR CLOTHING
  • SMALL CAMERAS OR CAMCORDERS
  • TRINKETS, TOYS, GLOWSTICKS OR SIMILAR SMALL ITEMS
  • A GOOD ATTITUDE

lmfao. Starscape was awesome. I was hella screwed up on some crazy stuff for most of the night. Dieselboy demolished. He fucked up once, but after that, he just killed the crowd. Messinian was disguisting as well. My brother slid him a demo of our shit while he was up on stage MCing lol, and the girl I was with was giving him her water and shit. It was pretty funny.
