Wow it has been a long time since I've been on gxg. Sorry for my absence.

As for knife spinning I've done it a few times mostly for cash from people that dared me to. I used 2 double edged boker throwing knives. It was generally dark out when I did it and I found that taping inova's or photon's lit up the blade nicely and could give an interesting effect. I don't know how long you have been doing poi/glowsticking so I'm not sure how comfortable you are with spinning, but I suggest that you use electrical tape and tape the knives for a practice run to get used to the weight and the flow of them. Wraps are fine, if you are comfortable with doing them just use some caution making sure that the string contacts your body first otherwise you are just smaking yourself with 420j2 steel and that is not good.
