So 1 of my flowtoys hanger caps kept breaking for a while

i try to poxy them but it never holds for long. and just last night the other hanger cap broke!! is there a way i can replace the hanger cap??? or maybe even repair it??

you can order an empty shell and swap the guts over.. i lost a battery door on one of mine so haven't been able to use them in awhile.. uber lame..

i know how u guys feel =( i lost the battery door on one of mine... and the plastic casing for the flowpoi cracked the otherday =( there are hella cracks in em now... i keep trying to practice the butterfly hyperloop waistwrap....

Yeah, I'm pretty sure you can order all the parts from www.flowtoys.com to repair/replace any part of them. This will likely save you money in the long run. I've never heard of the flowpoi casing cracking.....damn! That'd take some serious force...that's the material bullet-proof glass is made from! I don't practice with mine much.....I use other things. My flowpoi are for performances, mostly.

i figured that... but they were the only heavy thing i had, and i wanted to practice with something heavy... but yeah... i was really surprised when they cracked for the first time. i dont spin them hard or anything lol. I think maybe they hit just right? i dunno... but that darn move is giving me hell... fun to practice though =P

I broke all my lights, but my battery doors are mostly intact! When we hang out in August I'll bring you my doors =)

Well the only thing thats broken is the hanger cap. but i dont think there is a way to take that off is there?

After some web searching I found that the most recommended substance to glue polycarb is Weld-On#4. It's a solvent adhesive. They do not recommend using any kind of "super-glue" ever, as most are made from cyanoacrylate which will damage the polycarb. Solvent adhesives are the way to go. They are not really cheap though. There's a site called eplastics.com that sells a 4oz can for around $6.30. Sounds like a lot but the substance is water thin, so not much is needed at one time.
