Event Location: Velocity, Charlotte NC
Velocity closed this past weekend with virtually zero notice and even less fanfare. Without an appropriate venue to accommodate the dozens of artists planned, we feel it best to postpone the event until further notice.

Carolina Breakbeat United is a time honored tradition for all things broken beat. The event will definitely return as soon as a proper venue has made itself apparent. We will do everything we can to rebook as many of the artists as possible for the make-up date.

Anyone who purchased advance tickets will receive a refund automatically. Please be patient, this may take a couple of days to show in your account.

Have fun this Halloween, whatever your plans may be.

why is the lineup getting reduced?

Separate raves from the "drug scene." There's no such thing as an 'anti-rave act' just anti-drug acts and stereotypes drugs have brought to the rave scene.
