Fire Spinning Pyros!

You should all check out my Canada video where I do some sweeeeeeet sparkler poi with some steel wool.

Just started spinning fire ...wow...
It really isn't scary. You just do what you normally do. I had been spinning light for about a year so I was very comfortable with the fire poi.

well i was a lil scared my first few times but er i have been a pyro since a YOUNG age. to many stories. but i do still get a rush the trick is not to fight your fear or the rush but grab it by the balls and let it know who is really running the show. fear is the mind killer, fear is the lil black death, i shall let it go over me and thru me. dune-frank herbert

Yeah, I pretty much repress the fire fear....you have to. Don't think of it as spinning fire. Just get in the zone like you are practicing and forget there are hot balls of flame on the ends of your chains. I mean, realize it is fire, but just kinda repress that fear cause it doesn't help you....only hinders.

afraid... of fire... i didn't know those words could go in the same sentence! lol, j/k j/k... i wasn't really scared when i did it my first time, well that is untill i messed up and the poi came flying towards me, lol. i suppose the key in not being scared is practice.

i have a bad feeling that my hair would catch on fire and i would be running around on fire if i ever recorded it ... >.> how do you guys get past your "fire" fear?

Mine are fairly light compared to what I'm used to....I'm decent with em though.

YES! do I smell a video! I think I do!... they are a lot of fun, the weight def. thru me off after i soaked them in the fluid.
