Cuz I didn't feel like typing so much.. People would've gotten bored lol. long story short... I was 5, and I tripped and fell on a sauna burner, and to this day, I have a scar from my right hip, all the way up my chest that looks like an earthworm XD
Yeah, the name 1.5 kinda sucks, but it kinda works since you do a full rotation, plus one pendulum (sort of half a rotation) on each side. My suggestion is just work on the pendulum-type motion with each hand independently. You will do them on each hands' respective side. Try doing one swing on the opposite side, then a pendulum on the other side. Come to your same side slowly and when it gets to the back, kinda stall, but lift up slightly as you come forward. Then put it together with both hands. You kinda have to get the 'feel' of it to get the timing right, but with time/practice. Be sure to keep the fully-rotating hand low so the pendulum can follow that poi's orbit along the upper portion without having to reach your hand hella high.
