I looked into the problem and discovered what's happening. If the file being uploaded is larger than the maximum allowed file size and the system is resizing it, the animation will be lost and only the first frame will show.

hey eric! i recently put 3 animated .gif pictures in my album but they dont seem to work.i made it using a programed named "Ulead GIF animator 5" from download.com but i still cant figure out myself what is wrong with them.
