Hey dude! Whatcha been up to? Long time no see (well, er read...lol). As far as antispun butterfly flowers....yeah, both directions of antispun will be absolutely necessary....get comfortable with them. Then you can go from a regular butterfly flower....when your hands get to the top (or bottom, or straight out in both directions), just reverse your hands.....maybe just try the hand motions of coming to the top, then reversing directions so that mental block is gone. Go slow and don't try to rotate too far too fast....with flowers, if you have problems in movements....just go really slow with your arms and make lots of petals. Good luck!!! Yeah, I'm totally jealous you get to meet Alien Jon! That's such an awesome opportunity. I met this guy at MEMF who totally blew my mind....I consider myself pretty advanced, but he was showing me shit I'd never seen done before....and lots of it! So I've got some new direction...HAVE FUN!!
