you must call the police department. sorry. but city hall or hte town hall will be the place for you to get permits. also, you will have to get a permit for the firemarshal,
security is another issue. it will vary from state to state. but thats where you need to start. dont mention its a rave.... its a music event. with muscians. if you are hiring lighting, sound, techs and security, all the equipment will have to be oked by the firemarshal, and electrician master. this can cost you up to a few grand. just a heads up...
