Well, I'm pretty sure they have all the administration that they need....Eric, Alex and Reid basically started the site, so that's why they're all admins. As far as becoming moderator...They posted a thread a little while after I joined looking for some new moderators. I applied and got a position (along with dru, jareblue and dancefLoor at that same time)...more staff positions are added as the site grows. If you want to help the site out, PM Eric and see if he can give you a position of some sort. I'm pretty sure we've got enough mods right now, but I know they had mentioned a 'GXG reporter' position if your interested. Other than that, they may have a few special tasks that they might need help with. I appreciate your interest in the site's staff positions.

As far as the junior, member and senior member designations....I'm pretty sure these are set according to post numbers. I think junior is 0-49, member from 50-99 and senior at 100+ posts....which by the way you have surpassed, so congrats on the 100 posts award I'm going to give you right now!!! Yay!

No prob bob....I'm pretty sure closing threads is a mod/admin feature only, but I got ya taken care of. LOL. Yeah, we just kinda steer clear of the battling thing....not really something we want as a part of glowsticking. It's more of a community than a team, right?
