Our Promoter Partnership Plan is all about helping our partners get more people at their events. We can help you achieve this simple goal by promoting your event through our promotion channels, reaching thousands of party goers with your event flyer and information. Our Promoter Partnership Plan has two levels, each offer you more free exposure. Please take a moment to review each level to decide which is right for you.
Level 1: Promoter Partnership Plan
Our Level 1 Promoter Partnership Plan is reserved for those promoters within our area who want a little more, and that are willing to give a little more.
What you get:
- Banner Placement: Your banner will rotate with others throughout the website. Please check the banner specifications below.
- MySpace Promotion: Will promote your event through both blog and bulletin placements.
- Photo and Video Shoots: GenXGlow.com will attend your event and shoot pictures and videos for a followup compilation video and photo gallery (example video, example photo gallery).
What you give:
- Flyer Placement: Either list our website URL or flyer tag on your all digital and printed flyers.
- Event Guest List: Grant free full access (stage access for media capture) to 3 GenXGlow.com officials.
- Event Banner Placement: Allow GenXGlow.com banner placement through event.

At this level, any promoter is welcome to participate - regardless of location.

What are the banner specifications?
- File Type: .PNG, .GIF, .JPG, .SWF
- Deminsions: w468 x h60
- Animated?: Yes
- Must Include: Location of event
How early can my event banner be displayed before the event date?
- A banner can be displayed up to one month before an event's date.
Can you design my banner?
- Usually, promoters will have their flyer designer to create their banner. However, if you need us to create the banner for you, we can - actually, our parent company Insidedesign can for $38.00. Just contact them through their website.
Can my banner link to a page outside of the GenXGlow.com website?
- No, it cannot. Your event banner will link to it's corresponding event listing on GenXGlow.com. If you would like for it to link outside of the website, you must purchase advertising space.
