So I've heard that it's a very difficult process to put your albums / EPs onto Beatport than it is compared to, let's say, iTunes. Is this true or just a rumor?

as far as i know, as a producer, the only way to get a track on beatport is to get signed by a label has a deal with them. i have no idea how large/established/connected a label has to be before they can get on there, though.

Yes, Beatport is mad difficult. Stick with iTunes for any dj mix tape you may have.
